摘  要:面对当前工程造价专业培养目标与社会需求脱节、跨学科院系合作有限、课程交叉融合不足、校企关注点错位、产教融合不足等一系列现状,从知识、能力和素养三个维度重构人才培养目标,进行了跨学科院系深度合作、产学合作及实践基地建设,构建“多维融合,产教循环”的数智技术与工程造价交叉的新工科人才培养路径研究。采用文献研究、实地调研、深度访谈等方法,从知识、能力和素养三个维度重构人才培养目标,提出建立“五位一体”的跨学院合作模式,通过建立“数智造价中心”促进工程造价专业与其他学科院系间深度合作。以“数智造价基地”为平台,构建出新工科背景下校企融合产教循环机制,以“知识-能力-应用-知识”为循环流程,以多元评价为衔接点,实现产教融合的良性循环。最终,构建“多维融合,产教循环”的数智技术与工程造价交叉的新工科人才培养路径,为新工科背景下工程造价复合型人才培养变革提供有效借鉴。In the face of a series of current situations such as the disconnection between the training objectives of the engineering cost major and social needs,limited interdisciplinary faculty cooperation,insufficient curriculum cross-integration,misaligned concerns between schools and enterprises,and insufficient industry-education integration,this article reconstructs the talent training objectives from the three dimensions of knowledge,ability and accomplishment,and constructs a new engineering talent training path of“multi-dimensional integration,industry-education cycle”where digital-intelligent technology intersects with engineering cost through in-depth interdisciplinary faculty cooperation,industry-university cooperation and practical base construction.Adopt methods such as literature research,field investigation and in-depth interviews.This article reconstructs the talent training objectives from the three dimensions of knowledge,ability and accomplishment.By proposing to establish a“five-in-one”cross-college cooperation model and establishing a“Digital-Intelligent Cost Center”to promote in-depth cooperation between the engineering cost major and other disciplinary faculties.Taking the“Digital-Intelligent Cost Base”as a platform,a school-enterprise integration industry-education cycle mechanism under the background of new engineering is constructed,with a cycle process of“knowledge-ability-application-knowledge”and multiple evaluations as connection points to achieve a virtuous cycle of industry-education integration.Constructing a new engineering talent training path of“multi-dimensional integration,industry-education cycle”where digital-intelligent technology intersects with engineering cost,which provides an effective reference for the reform of compound talent training in engineering cost under the background of new engineering.
