摘　　要：筒仓仓顶结构施工是筒仓工程的难点及关键环节。针对筒仓仓顶结构施工方法多样、各支撑体系不能通用、经济性差等问题,设计了一种组装式筒仓仓顶支撑平台,可以适合多种仓型仓顶结构施工的支撑体系。工程实践表明,该支撑体系构造简单,平台桁架通过将标准节拼接不同长度的平台桁架,以满足不同直径筒仓仓顶结构施工的需要;中心柱采用分段式设计,承插对接、螺栓连接,将标准节拼接成不同高度的中心柱,以满足不同高度仓顶结构施工的需要。该体系采用组装式,具有总重轻、可周转、安全经济、施工快速等优势。The construction of silo roof structure is a difficult and key link in silo engineering.A prefabricated silo roof support platform was designed to address the issues of diverse construction methods,incompatible support systems,and poor economy for silo roof structures.This platform is suitable for supporting various types of silo roof structures.Engineering practice showed that the support system is simple to construct,and the platform truss is assembled by splicing standard sections of platform trusses of different lengths to meet the construction needs of silo top structures with different diameters;segmented design is adopted for the central column,using socket and bolt connections,and standard sections are spliced into central columns of different heights to construct roof structures with different heights.This prefabricated system has advantages such as light weight,reusable,safe and economic,and fast construction in silo projects.
