摘 要:为有效减少煤矿采空区地面塌陷以及地表裂缝,同时大面积综合利用煤矸石和燃煤电厂的粉煤灰,以棋盘井矿区的煤矿和燃煤电厂为试验对象,通过不同材料制备试块进行研究,开发了基于棋盘井矿区粉煤灰与煤矸石为基料的煤矿采空区充填材料,提出了煤矿综采面采空区与留巷巷旁充填技术与实施工艺。结果表明:棋盘井及周边地区拥有大量煤矸石和粉煤灰,其成分利于制备充填材料,制备了利用棋盘井的煤矸石和粉煤灰为基础原料的充填材料,其强度在8~15 MPa之间,能够满足不同充填要求,且煤基固废综合利用量达到80%以上。采空区利用低强度充填体、沿空留巷巷旁采用高强度充填体,有利于节约成本,实现快速充填,实现了棋盘井矿区粉煤灰与煤矸石等煤基固废全部消纳。In order to effectively reduce ground subsidence and surface cracks above gob areas of coal mines,and comprehensively utilize coal gangue and fly ash of coal-fired power plants,the coal mines and coal-fired power plants in the Qipanjing mining area were taken as the research objects,and test blocks were prepared with different materials.The filling material of coal mine goaf based on fly ash and coal gangue in Qipanjing mining area was developed,and the filling technology and implementation process of goaf and roadway side in fully mechanized mining face of coal mine were put forward.The results showed that,there are a large amount of coal gangue and fly ash in Qipanjing Mine and its surrounding areas,and their composition is conducive to the preparation of filling materials.The filling materials made from the coal gangue and fly ash is 8~15 MPa,which meets different filling requirements,and the comprehensive utilization of coal-based solid wastes is more than 80%.The low-strength filling material used in the goaf and the high-strength filling used in the roadside along the gob can save the control cost,be conducive to the rapid filling,and realize the full consumption of coal-based solid waste such as fly ash and coal gangue in Qipanjing mining area.
