摘 要:为了解决高山煤矿采掘接替紧张问题,通过优化、改进孔口防喷管及防喷三通、“煤渣-水-瓦斯”分离箱、配套研制了螺旋输送装置、行走装置及断电保护装置,形成了具有“孔口-防喷三通-分离箱”多重密封防喷系统的全封闭负压连抽高效防喷装置,并结合钻孔施工工艺,提出了“孔口-防喷筒-分离箱”多重密封工艺,形成了全封闭负压连抽防喷装置施工工艺,实现了钻孔施工发生喷孔过程中的煤渣、水、瓦斯的全封闭治理,并在高山煤矿1907底抽巷进行了现场试验。现场试验结果表明:该装置及其工艺流程实现了打钻喷孔过程中钻渣、水、瓦斯的全封闭治理,有效控制了瓦斯超限,在钻孔发生喷孔时,抽采管路内的瓦斯浓度最高约26%,回风流中的瓦斯浓度最高为0.05%,未出现瓦斯超限情况,在采取安全防护措施的前提下,保证了继续钻进,进尺最大达到60 m/班,提高1~1.5倍;全封闭负压连抽防喷装置能够有效控制瓦斯超限问题,确保了打钻喷孔过程中钻渣、水、瓦斯的全封闭治理,有效控制了瓦斯超限,确保钻孔施工过程的连续性,缩短了瓦斯治理周期,对类似矿井瓦斯治理提供了重要的示范引领作用。In order to solve the problems of the tensive succession of mining and excavation in Gaoshan Coal Mine,we optimized the blowout preventing pipe and the blowout preventing tee,the“cinder-water-gas”separating box,and developed the spiral conveying device,traveling device and power-off protection device.By optimizing and improving the blowout prevention pipe,blowout prevention tee,“cinder-water-gas”separation box,supporting the development of screw conveyor,traveling device and power failure protection device,we developed a high-efficiency blowout prevention device with multiple sealing and blowout prevention systems,including orifice,blowout prevention tee and separation box,and proposed a multiple sealing process of“orifice-blowout prevention cylinder-separation box”combining with the drilling process,thus to form a fully closed negative pressure blowout prevention construction technology,and realize fully enclosed treatment of cinder,water and gas in the blowout of drilling construction.The technology was tested on site in the 1907 floor extraction lane of Gaoshan Coal Mine,and the results show that:the fully closed treatment of cinder-water-gas was realized,the gas overrun was effectively controlled,and when blowout occurred,the maximum concentration of gas in the extraction pipeline was about 26%,and the maximum concentration of gas in the return air flow was 0.05%,there was no gas overrun,and with safety measures adopted,the continuation of drilling was guaranteed,the maximum drilling footage reached 60m/shift,which was 1~1.5 times higher;the fully enclosed negative pressure continuous pumping anti-spraying device can ensure the fully enclosed management of cinder,water and gas in the process of drilling blowout,effectively control the gas overrun,ensure the continuity of drilling construction,and shorten the cycle of gas control.
