摘 要:煤矿智能化建设已成为驱动煤炭工业协同转型的关键引擎。中国煤矿智能化建设面临建设进度不一、持续运行能力较弱、数据互联互通受阻、关键核心技术领域尚待创新突破、人工智能与煤矿管理双端人才支撑不足等关键问题。推进煤炭产业向高端化、智能化方向平稳转型,需要政府与煤炭生产企业协同努力、精准施策,具体路径包括促进产业整体发展与产业链深度融合,实现上下游协同优化;加强智能化技术研发应用与跨领域技术合作共享,全面提升煤矿智能化技术创新与应用水平;构建适应煤矿智能化发展的专业人才队伍,为产业智能化转型提供坚实的人才支撑。The intelligentization of coal mines has emerged as a crucial engine driving the collaborative transformation of the coal industry.In China,the intelligentization of coal mines confronts key issues such as inconsistent construction progress,weak continuous operation capabilities,impeded data interconnection and interoperability,the need for innovative breakthroughs in core and key technological fields,and insufficient support from talents in both artificial intelligence and coal mine management.To smoothly advance the transformation of the coal industry towards high-end and intelligent directions,coordinated efforts and precise policies from the government and coal production enterprises are required.Specific paths include promoting the overall development of the industry and the in-depth integration of the industrial chain to achieve upstream-downstream collaborative optimization;strengthening the research,development,and application of intelligentization technologies as well as cross-field technological cooperation and sharing to comprehensively enhance the technological innovation and application level of coal mine intelligentization;and constructing a professional talent team adapted to the intelligentization of coal mines to provide solid talent support for the intelligentization of the industry.
