摘　　要：司法大数据作为社会治理路径决策的重要基础,将为提升社会治理智能化水平开辟新空间。司法大数据服务社会治理主要通过司法数字孪生、数据质量管控和深度挖掘分析三种技术路径实现。司法大数据服务社会治理的应用机制包括建立顶层设计服务社会治理的科学决策机制,建立各级法院面向党委和政府科学决策的服务机制,建立府院联动的司法大数据综合研判机制。Judicial big data has become an important basis for the decision-making of social governance,and will open up new space for improving the intelligence level of social governance.Judicial big data serving social governance is mainly realized through three technical paths:judicial digital twins,data quality control and deep mining analysis.The application mechanism of judicial big data serving social governance includes the establishment of a top-level design to serve the scientific decision-making mechanism of social governance,the establishment of the mechanism at all courts to serve the scientific decision-making of the Party committees and governments,and the establishment of a government-court two-way interactive judicial big data comprehensive research and judgment mechanism.
