大黄及其复方治疗慢性肾衰竭的研究进展

摘　　要：慢性肾衰竭(CRF)是一种常见且严重的肾脏疾病,其治疗一直备受关注。现代研究发现,中药配伍、中医辨证施治等中医治疗方法在CRF治疗中展现出了良好效果。近年来,关于大黄及其复方用于CRF治疗的研究也逐渐增多。大黄及其复方能够对CRF患者的肾脏功能和症状产生积极影响,还能减轻炎症反应、增加尿量、提高肾小球滤过率等。本文对大黄及其复方治疗CRF的研究进展进行综述。Chronic renal failure(CRF)is a common and serious kidney disease,and its treatment has always attracted much attention.Modern research has found that traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods such as compounding of traditional Chinese medicines and syndrome-differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine have shown good effects in the treatment of CRF.In recent years,more and more studies have focused on the application of Rhubarb and its compounds in the treatment of CRF.Rhubarb and its compounds can have a positive impact on the kidney function and symptoms of CRF patients,and can also reduce the inflammatory response,improve urine output,and increase the glomerular filtration rate.This study briefly reviewed the research progress on the treatment of CRF with Rhubarb and its compounds.
