摘　　要：目的分析血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、B型利钠肽(BNP)、高敏心肌肌钙蛋白(hs-cTnT)、降钙素原(PCT)与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性。方法选取2023年1—12月淄博市博山区石马镇卫生院收治的冠心病患者96例,采用Gensini评分将患者按照冠状动脉病变严重程度分为轻度组(n=26)、中度组(n=41)、重度组(n=29)。检测所有患者血清Hcy、IMA、BNP、hs-cTnT、PCT水平。分析上述指标与Gensini评分的相关性。结果重度组血清Hcy、IMA、BNP、hs-cTnT、PCT水平高于中度组和轻度组,中度组高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清Hcy、IMA、BNP、hs-cTnT、PCT水平与Gensini评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy、IMA、BNP、hs-cTnT、PCT水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度相关。Objective To analyze the correlation between serum homocysteine(Hcy),ischemia-modified albumin(IMA),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T(hs-cTnT),procalcitonin(PCT)and the severity of coronary artery lesions in coronary heart disease patients.Methods A total of 96 coronary heart disease patients collected from Shima Town Health Center,Boshan District,Zibo City from January to December 2023 were selected.The patients were divided into mild group(n=26),moderate group(n=41)and severe group(n=29)according to the severity of coronary artery disease by Gensini score.The serum levels of Hcy,IMA,BNP,hs-cTnT and PCT of all patients were detected.The correlation between the above indicators and the Gensini score was analyzed.Results The serum levels of Hcy,IMA,BNP,hs-cTnT and PCT in the severe group were higher than those in the moderate group and the mild group,those in the moderate group were higher than those in the mild group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of Hcy,IMA,BNP,hs-cTnT and PCT were positively correlated with the Gensini score(P<0.05).Conclusions The serum levels of Hcy,IMA,BNP,hs-cTnT and PCT are related to the severity of coronary artery lesions in coronary heart disease patients.
