摘　　要：目的观察小儿捏脊疗法在福利院营养不良儿童辅助治疗中的效果。方法选取2019年3—9月上海市儿童福利院诊断为营养不良的60例2~11岁孤残儿童,采用分层随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组实施基础药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,联合应用小儿捏脊(1次/d)治疗。两组均治疗6个月。记录治疗1个月和6个月后的数值变化量,分析两组孤残儿童在生长发育等方面的变化。结果干预6个月后,观察组体重、身长、头围、胸围、左上臂围及腹壁下脂肪厚度增加变化量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸道、肠道感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿捏脊疗法可促进营养不良的孤残儿童的体格发育,对预防肠道感染有一定作用。Objective To explore the auxiliary therapeutic effect of pediatric spinal massage therapy on malnourished children in welfare institutions.Methods A total of 60 orphaned and disabled children aged 2-11 years who were diagnosed with malnutrition in Shanghai Children's Welfare Institute from March to September 2019 were selected.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by stratified random sampling method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received basic drug treatment,and the observation group received pediatric spinal massage once a day in addition to the treatment of the control group.The treatment lasted for 6 months.The amount of change in the value after 1 month and 6 months of treatment was recorded,and the changes in growth and development of the orphaned and disabled children in the two groups were analyzed.Results After 6 months of intervention,the increased values of body weight,body length,head circumference,chest circumference,left upper arm circumference,and sub-abdominal fat thickness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of respiratory and intestinal diseases in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Pediatric spinal massage therapy effectively promotes the physical development of orphaned and disabled children with malnutrition and plays a certain role in preventing intestinal infections.
