同质化管理模式在结直肠癌PORT患者冲管护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨同质化管理模式在结直肠癌静脉输液港(简称PORT)患者冲管护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月-2024年1月宜兴市人民医院收治的120例结直肠癌PORT患者,采用盲摸双色球法均分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组采用一般冲管护理,观察组采用同质化管理模式。比较两组护理知识掌握水平、护理质量、不良事件发生情况及冲管满意度。结果护理前,两组护理人员器械操作、药物禁忌、疾病相关知识评分及两组患者癌症护理操作、PORT冲管知识及操作流程评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组护理人员器械操作、药物禁忌、疾病相关知识评分及两组患者癌症护理操作、PORT冲管知识及操作流程评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,导管护理满意度、治疗满意度及护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同质化管理模式在结直肠癌PORT患者冲管护理中的应用效果较好,能够提升护理人员的护理知识掌握水平,减少不良事件的发生,提高患者的满意度和护理质量。Objective To explore the application effect of homogenized management mode in flushing tube nursing of patients with colorectal cancer at PORT of intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 120 patients with colorectal cancer PORT admitted to Yixing People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group by blind touch dichroic sphere method.The control group adopted general flushing nursing,and the observation group adopted homogenized management mode.The level of nursing knowledge,nursing quality,adverse events and flushing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in scores of equipment operation,drug contraindications,disease-related knowledge,cancer nursing operation,PORT flushing knowledge and operation process between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,scores of equipment operation,drug contraindications,disease-related knowledge,cancer nursing operation,PORT flushing knowledge and operation process of patients in two groups were higher than before nursing,and observation group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of catheter nursing satisfaction,treatment satisfaction and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of homogenized management mode in flushing tube nursing of colorectal cancer PORT patients has a good effect,which can improve the nursing knowledge of nurses,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve patients'satisfaction and nursing quality.
