摘 要:目的了解65岁以上老年就诊患者信息及就诊满意度。方法选取2023年3—10月于暨南大学附属顺德医院就诊的年龄>65岁的患者641例。并于患者就诊结束后次日推送就诊信息调查问卷,分析患者满意度。结果本研究共发放调查问卷641份,回收有效问卷641份,有效回收率为100%。66~70岁的老年患者比例最高,达36.19%,随着年龄的增长,就诊比例逐渐下降;72.39%的老年患者与子女居住,41.34%的就诊患者支付方式为职工医保;有慢性病的患者占比73.48%;在就医机构选择方面,在镇街医院、区属医院就诊的患者比例较高,分别占比43.53%、32.70%;知晓便民服务调查显示,44.62%的患者不知道智慧医疗。就诊需求调查方面,46.02%的患者表示需要看诊前咨询服务,协助办理住院相关的需求占比最少,仅4.99%。就诊满意度调查方面,取药满意度最高,达97.19%,候诊满意度最低,仅87.67%。结论65岁以上老年患者的就诊信息较为复杂,与年龄、家庭环境、医疗支付形式及智慧医疗方面有关,整体就诊满意度仍有待改善,相关部门应相互合作,制定方便老年患者就医的相关政策,构建中国式养老。Objective To understand the information and satisfaction of elderly patients over 65 years old.Methods A total of 641 patients aged>65 years treated in the Affiliated Shunde Hospital of Jinan University from March to October 2023 were selected.The patient information questionnaire was pushed the next day after the end of the patient's visit,and the patient satisfaction was analyzed.Results A total of 641 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 641 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 100%.The proportion of elderly patients aged 66-70 years old was the highest,reaching 36.19%.With the increase of age,the proportion of visits decreased gradually;72.39%of the elderly patients lived with their children,and 41.34%of the patients were paid by employee medical insurance.Patients with chronic diseases accounted for 73.48%;in terms of the choice of medical institutions,the proportion of patients in town hospital and district hospital was higher,accounting for 43.53%and 32.70%respectively.The survey of knowing convenience services showed that 44.62%of patients did not know about intelligent medical care.In terms of medical needs survey,46.02%of patients said that they needed pre-diagnosis consulting services,and the proportion of needs related to assisting in hospitalization was the least,only 4.99%.In terms of satisfaction survey,the satisfaction of taking medicine was the highest,reaching 97.19%,and the satisfaction of waiting for diagnosis was the lowest,only 87.67%.Conclusions The consultation information of elderly patients over 65 years old is more complicated,related to age,family environment,medical payment forms and smart medical aspects,the overall consultation satisfaction still needs to be improved,the relevant departments concerned should cooperate with each other to formulate the relevant policies to facilitate the elderly patients'access to medical care,and to build a Chinese style of old age.
