摘　　要：目的分析在医院感染管理工作中实施医务人员手卫生依从性管理体系的效果。方法选取2021年1月-2022年12月东平县人民医院医院感染控制医务人员20名,将2021年1—12月采用常规管理,设定为参照组;2022年1—12月采用医务人员手卫生依从性管理体系,设定为试验组。比较两组医院感染控制质量管理评分,并探讨两组医务人员的手卫生依从性、医务人员医院感染防控行为评分。结果试验组医院感染控制质量管理评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组医务人员的手卫生依从性高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组医务人员医院感染防控行为评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论在医院感染防控工作中应用医务人员手卫生依从性管理体系进行管理的效果显著,能提升医务人员的手卫生依从性及医院感染防控行为,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect of implementation of hand hygiene compliance management system in hospital infection management.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,a total of 20 infection control staff in Dongping County People's Hospital were selected.From January to December 2021,routine nursing management was adopted,which was set as the reference group.From January to December 2022,the hand hygiene compliance management system of staff was adopted and set as the experimental group.The quality management scores of hospital infection control were compared between the two groups,and the hand hygiene compliance and hospital infection prevention and control behavior scores of the two groups were discussed.Results The quality management score of hospital infection control in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hand hygiene compliance of the staff in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of hospital infection prevention and control behavior of the staff in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of staff hand hygiene compliance management system in hospital infection prevention and control has a significant effect,which can improve staff hand hygiene compliance and hospital infection prevention and control behavior,and is worthy of promotion.
