摘 要:精确测量小麦堆积密度是仓储小麦数量核查的关键,对国家储粮数量评估、自然灾害或突发事件下粮食调配具有重要意义。为了实现对小麦堆积密度的快速、非接触、高精度测量,文中提出一种基于超表面透镜天线的小麦堆积密度测量方法。该方法通过测量不同堆积密度的小麦样品在23.8~24.2 GHz频率范围内的复相对介电常数,分析小麦含水量、堆积密度与复相对介电常数之间的关系,提出小麦含水量无关系数用于减少含水量分布不均匀对于小麦堆积密度测量的影响,通过将小麦含水量无关系数与小麦堆积密度建立线性回归方程用于小麦堆积密度预测。在所选定的含水量与密度范围内选取100组小麦样品进行密度预测,预测结果的均方根误差(RMSE)为0.001 1 g/cm^(3),平均绝对误差(MAE)为0.001 0 g/cm^(3)。结果表明,所提出的基于超表面透镜天线的小麦堆积密度测量方法可以有效地测量小麦堆积密度。Accurate measurement of wheat stacking density is the key to verifying wheat quantities in storage,which is important for the assessment of national grain storage quantities and grain redeployment in case of natural disasters or emergencies.A wheat stacking density measurement method based on metasurface lens antenna is proposed to achieve fast,non-contact and high accuracy detection of wheat stacking density.In this method,the complex relative dielectric constant of wheat samples with different stacking density within the frequency range of 23.8 GHz to 24.2 GHz is measured,so as to analyze the relationship between wheat moisture content,stacking density and complex relative dielectric constant,and propose an idea of wheat moisture content independent coefficient for reducing the effect of uneven distribution of moisture content on wheat stacking density measurement,and establish a linear regression equation between wheat moisture content independent coefficient and wheat stacking density.The linear regression equation is used for the prediction for the wheat stacking density.100 wheat samples were selected for density prediction within the selected range of moisture content and density.In the prediction results,the RMSE(root mean square error)is 0.0011 g/cm^(3),and the MAE(mean absolute error)is 0.0010 g/cm^(3).The results show that the wheat stacking density measurement method based on metasurface lens antenna can measure the wheat stacking density effectively.
