摘  要:功率放大器在无线射频通信技术领域起着关键作用,其作为典型的非线性器件,始终面临着线性度和效率之间的矛盾。如何调节线性度和效率之间的平衡一直是学术界和工业界的热点话题。数字预失真技术因其结构简单、效率高、调节方便,成为解决功率放大器非线性问题的主要方案。但是在发送端新增反馈通道产生的性能和成本上的问题,始终难以解决,尤其是在远端通信中,新增的反馈通道消耗的资源尤为严重。文中介绍了一种适用于远端通信中将系数计算模块移至接收端,使得系数计算和失真校正在收发端分离的数字预失真新方法,从而避免了在发送端重建反馈回路。理论上,该方法不影响性能且节省了系统成本。通过Simulink仿真验证,在有记忆性的功率放大器模型下,该方法在降低系统成本的同时,提高了线性化效果,各项性能指标均达到或优于预期。Power amplifiers play a key role in the field of wireless radio frequency(RF)communication technology.As typical nonlinear devices,they are always faced with the contradiction between linearity and efficiency.How to balance the linearity and efficiency has been a hot topic in academia and industry.Thanks to its simple structure,high efficiency and convenient adjustment,the digital predistortion technology has become the main solution to solve the nonlinear problem of power amplifiers.However,the performance and cost problems caused by the newly added feedback channel at the transmitting end have always been difficult to solve.Especially in remote communication,the resources are consumed severely by the newly added feedback channel.This paper introduces a new digital predistortion method applicable to remote communication.In this method,the coefficient calculation module is moved to the receiving end,so that the coefficient calculation and distortion correction are separated at the transceiver end,thereby avoiding rebuilding the feedback loop at the transmitting end.Theoretically,this method does not affect the performance,but saves the system cost.It has been verified by Simulink that,in the memory power amplifier model,the new method reduces the system cost and improves the linearization effect at the same time.In addition,all of the performance indicators of the new method have reached or exceeded expectations.
