中国式现代化生态观对西方生态现代化理论的超越

摘　　要：生态环境治理是中西方现代化比较研究中不可或缺的重要场域。以生态现代化理论为指导的西方现代化虽然缓解了西方国家日益严重的生态危机,推动了西方国家的生态现代化,但这种现代化却是以资本逻辑为主导,相较于中国式现代化生态观,依然存在诸多弊端。一是在理论层面,中国式现代化生态观不仅蕴含“天人合一”“取用有度”“敬畏生命”等中华优秀传统生态智慧,而且继承并发展了马克思主义自然观,更批判性地超越了西方生态现代化理论,具有独特的理论优势。二是在实践层面,中国式现代化生态观以寻求人与自然和谐共生为价值旨归,不仅注重本国生态文明建设,坚持人民至上,打造“人与自然生命共同体”,而且关注全球生态环境污染防治,推动构建“人类命运共同体”和“地球生命共同体”,力求为世界人民增添生态福祉,因而充分体现了人与自然、经济发展与环境保护的“真正统一性”,是对西方生态现代化理论的实质性超越。Ecological governance is an important topic in the comparative study of modernization between China and the West.The ecological modernization in China surpasses the capital-driven ecological modernization in the western countries regardless of their achievements in alleviating the severe ecological crises.Firstly,in theory,the ecological view of Chinese-style modernization upholds the excellence of traditional culture such as“unity of heaven and humanity,”“moderate use,”and“reverence for life”and carries forward the Marxist view of nature.Secondly,in practice,the Chinese ecological modernization seeks the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature as its ultimate value.It emphasizes the ecological civilization at home by prioritizing people’s needs and promoting symbiosis between humans and nature in order to create a“Community of Life Between Man and Nature.”Furthermore,it addresses the global ecological pollution control by building a“Community with a Shared Future for Mankind”and a“Community of Life on Earth,”aiming to enhance well-being for people worldwide.This approach,the“real unity”of humans and nature,economic development,and environmental protection,is a substantial transcendence of Western ecological modernization theory.
