摘　　要：数字共享型老年友好社会的价值培育在“冲突—调适—平衡”的循环中更迭焕新。消弭数字鸿沟,让处于不同发展阶段的成员共享数字经济发展成果,是推进数字共享型老年友好社会治理和拓展新质生产力的关键,也是老龄文明和全龄友好的进步。将数字共享型老年友好社会的构建置于中国情境下,勾勒其社会缘起和认知实践轨迹,分析其概念意涵和特质属性,梳理我国数字共享型老年友好社会的现实表征,剖析当前面临的老龄数字建设需求高涨与供给匹配错位、数字化支撑老龄社会治理乏力、老龄事业治理的国内外环境趋于复杂等挑战,并提出我国数字共享型老年友好社会的构建路径:以切实满足老年人口需求为基本出发点构建数字共享型老年友好社会,以“共建、共治、共享”新理念推动老年友好社会治理迈向数字新阶段,以数字基层治理为关键抓手扎实提升老年友好社会治理能力,以新发展格局赋予数字共享型老年友好社会治理新机遇。Building an age-friendly digital society has to go through the cycle of“conflict—adaptation—balance.”In this cycle,we need to bridge the digital divide and spread digital economy benefits among people from all walks of life.This is a crucial step for promoting the governance of age-friendly digital environment and expanding new productive forces,and also a step forward for aging civilization and intergenerational friendliness.Aiming at building an age-friendly digital society in China,this paper first outlines its origins and history,then analyzes its conceptual connotations and its manifestations in China,and lastly discusses the challenges we face at present,including the disparity between rising demand for digital construction in aging populations and the mismatch of supply,the lack of digital support for governance in an aging society,and the increasingly complex domestic and international environment for aging-related governance.On the basis of these analyses,it proposes the paths:prioritizing the needs of the elderly population,following the guideline of“co-construction,co-governance,and sharing,”enhancing the digital governance at community level,and leveraging the opportunities for governance within the framework of new developmental paradigms.
