摘 要:为规模化开发和应用天然玉石尾矿大宗材料,充分发挥玉石尾矿的环境功能,以开发建筑室内用水性建筑功能涂料为目标,选择岫岩地区玉石尾矿粉体为原料,探究天然玉石尾矿的安全性和在涂料中的应用性能。以低温热处理高活性的玉石尾矿粉体和未热处理玉石尾矿粉体为填料,制备建筑室内用功能涂料,分析涂料的物理性能、环保性能和抗菌功能。结果表明:低温热处理和未热处理的玉石尾矿粉体与涂料体系具有很好的兼容性,白度、pH和安全性能够满足建筑涂料标准要求,以270℃热处理玉石尾矿粉体制备的涂料抗菌率达到99.9%。In order to develop and apply natural jade tailing on a large scale and give full play to the environmental functions of jade tailing,this article aimed to develop waterborne functional building coatings for indoor building with natural jade tailing materials.Jade tailing powder from the Xiuyan area was selected as the raw material.The safety and application performance in coatings of natural jade tailing were studied.Waterborne building coatings were prepared with low heat treatment jade tailing powder with high activity and raw jade tailing powder.And the physical performance,environmental performance and antimicrobial function of the coating system were evaluated.The results showed that the low-temperature heat treatment jade tailing and raw jade tailing powder both had good compatibility with the coating.And the whiteness,pH value,and safety completely could meet the requirements of building coatings.The coating prepared by 270℃heat treatment jade tailing powder was also good at anti-bacterial performance with 99.9%rate.
