摘 要:成骨细胞是骨细胞的重要来源,参与骨生成和修复,对维持骨平衡起关键作用,若体内成骨分化过程被干扰,则可能产生多种骨相关疾病。天然产物具有来源广泛、种类繁多、生理活性多样、不良反应较小等特点,近年来研究发现天然产物对成骨细胞分化具有调控效果。本文从天然产物来源出发,对植物、动物及微生物来源天然产物干预成骨分化进行综述,为天然产物治疗骨病提供理论基础。As the important source of bone cells,osteoblasts are involved in bone formation and repair,and play a key role in maintaining bone balance.If the osteogenic differentiation process in vivo is disrupted,a variety of bone-related diseases may occur.Natural products,which have a wide range of sources,a wide variety of physiological activities,and few toxic side-effects,have been found in recent years to be able to regulate osteoblast differentiation.Based on the sources of natural products,this paper reviews the intervention of natural products from plant,animal and microbial sources on osteogenic differentiation,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for natural products in the treatment of bone diseases.
