摘 要:肌少症是2型糖尿病患者的并发症之一,具有较高的患病率。为了探讨运动干预对2型糖尿病肌少症的作用与机制,该研究通过归纳相关文献发现,骨骼肌线粒体功能障碍在2型糖尿病肌少症中起着主要作用,即与糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗等并发症的发生相关。研究表明运动能有效地维持线粒体功能和形态从而调节骨骼肌线粒体功能和自噬来调节肌少症。不同的运动方式其运动干预效果也不相同。运动在预防和治疗2型糖尿病中起着重要作用;包括调节骨骼肌线粒体自噬,线粒体生物合成,骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗,线粒体功能障碍以及氧化应激。此外,该文通过Meta分析验证了运动干预的有效性。Sarcopenia is a significant complication associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and exhibits a high prevalence.This study aimed to investigate the effects and mechanisms of exercise intervention on sarcopenia in T2DM skeletal muscle.Through a comprehensive review of relevant literature,it was found that mitochondrial dysfunction in skeletal muscle played a crucial role in the development of sarcopenia in T2DM,contributing to complications such as insulin resistance.Studies have demonstrated that exercise could effectively preserve mitochondrial function and morphology,thereby modulating skeletal muscle mitochondrial function and autophagy to mitigate sarcopenia.The impact of exercise intervention varies depending on the mode of exercise.Exercise played a pivotal role in the prevention and treatment of T2DM by regulating skeletal muscle mitochondrial autophagy,mitochondrial biogenesis,insulin sensitivity,mitochondrial function,and oxidative stress.Additionally,this research validated the efficacy of exercise intervention through meta-analysis,indicating that a weekly regimen of at least 150 minutes of moderate-to-high intensity resistance training combined with aerobic exercise could significantly improve sarcopenia in T2DM patients.
