摘  要:为了装备统一和解决井下仪器短缺问题,需要在IWAS地面智能采集系统下挂接SDZ8000系列井下测井仪。但他们分别属于两个不同的研究机构研制而出。其机械接口,供电方式、通讯协议等都不相同。通过研究分析,研制出一支适配短节,连接在IWAS地面智能采集系统自身的遥传短节后面。实现数据通信协议转换、机械结构接口转换、连斜功能及原SDZ8000遥测的其他附属功能。同时研制出匹配的子仪器的CAN通信电路及适配的电源电路。最终实现整串SDZ8000系列井下仪器能在IWAS地面数据采集系统控制下,保质保量实现裸眼井测井数据采集。In order to unify the equipment and solve the problem of downhole instrument shortage,it is necessary to attach the SDZ8000 series downhole log meter under the IWAS ground intelligent acquisition system.But they were developed by two different research institutions.Its mechanical interface,power supply mode,communication protocol and so on are not the same.Through research and analysis,an adaptation knot is developed,which is connected behind the remote transmission knot of IWAS ground intelligent acquisition system itself.Realize data communication protocol conversion,mechanical structure interface conversion,oblique function and other auxiliary functions of the original SDZ8000 telemetry.At the same time,the matching CAN communication circuit and the suitable power supply circuit are developed.Finally,the whole series of SDZ8000 series downhole instruments can be guaranteed for the quality data acquisition under the control of IWAS surface data acquisition system.
