摘  要:裸眼井测井防卡工艺,使用特定的工具和采取一些预防措施来减少测井仪器在井中遇到卡阻的情况。使用防卡工具是裸眼井测井防卡工艺的重要手段其中,异向推靠解卡工具是一种非常有效的工具,这种工具利用互成90°角的径向解卡臂来实现解卡功能,在仪器粘卡发生后,通过地面系统发送指令,激活解卡臂,解卡臂反向作用力将仪器与井壁剥离,实现解卡目的。为了避免电缆测井仪器与井壁的大面积接触,降低粘卡风险,通常会在仪器组合串中放置扶正器或者间隙器,传统的扶正器在上下提放仪器过程中不能转动,遇到井壁台阶时难于通过,容易遇阻遇卡。因此,需要选择和设计更适合的扶正器。Bare hole well logging prevention process,to use specific tools and take some preventive measures to reduce the logging instrument in the well.Use card tool is an important means of naked hole well logging prevention card process,different to push by solution card tool is a very effective tool,this tool using the mutual into 90 Angle of radial solution card arm to realize solution card function,after the instrument stick card,through the ground system send instructions,activate solution card arm,solution card arm reverse force will instrument and shaft wall,realize the purpose of solution card.In order to avoid the large area of contact between the cable logging instrument and the well wall and reduce the risk of sticking card,the centralizer or gap device is usually placed in the instrument combination string.The traditional centralizer cannot rotate in the process of lifting up and down the instrument,and it is difficult to pass through the well wall steps,and it is easy to encounter resistance and card.Therefore,the need to select and design a more suitable centralizer.
