摘  要:康普乐伽马磁定位短节是康普乐声波固井质量检查测井仪的一部分,为使其能完成放射性校深功能,满足生产实际需要,通过对其信号处理电路设计、仪器结构和地面配接等因素认真分析,调节改进了伽马磁定位电路部分参数,加工实现标准工程电缆头配接,并与在用放射性校深仪进行测量曲线数据对比,确定改进仪器串参数,完成测试软件和配套地面转换。解决了原伽马计数率低、磁定位曲线干扰、机械接口不匹配等问题,信号传输由单芯曼码传输转变为多芯独立传输,仪器配接为通用测井七芯电缆头。改进后康普乐伽马磁定位当年现场取得56井次放射性校深合格测量资料,完全替代目前在用放射性校深仪,仪器整体系统稳定性、一致性和重复性均优于前者,实现良好现场测试应用效果。实践验证该设计改进方法的可行性、适用性。Commp gamma magnetic positioning section is part of cementing quality inspection logging instrument,in order to make it to complete the radioactive depth function,meet the actual production needs,through the signal processing circuit design,instrument structure and ground connection factors careful analysis,adjust and improve some parameters of gamma magnetic positioning circuit,processing to achieve standard engineering cable head connection,and with radioactive calibration instrument measuring curve data,determine the improve instrument string parameters,complete the test software and supporting the ground conversion.It solves the problems of low original gamma count rate,magnetic positioning curve interference and mechanical interface mismatch,etc.The signal transmission changes from single-core mancode transmission to multi-core independent transmission,and the instrument is connected to the seven-core cable head of general logging.After the improvement,the 56 Wells were obtained,which completely replaced the radioactive depth calibration instrument in use.The stability,consistency and repeatability of the overall system of the instrument were better than the former,achieving good field test application effect.Practice verifies the feasibility and applicability of the design improvement method.
