摘 要:本文所用三异丁烯原料中含有二异丁烯组分(25%)和三异丁烯组分(70%),以三异丁烯原料为烷基化试剂,在强酸性阳离子交换树脂做催化剂条件下,与苯酚发生烷基化反应生成支链十二烷基苯酚,考察了原料物质的量比、催化剂的用量、反应温度、反应时间对烷基化反应的影响;并模拟生产设计连续实验与上述间歇实验做了对比。研究表明,最佳工艺条件为苯酚与三异丁烯原料的物质的量比6∶1,催化剂的用量为苯酚质量的15%,反应温度85℃,反应时间6 h;连续实验中产物支链十二烷基苯酚的收率大于间歇实验中的收率。The triisobutylene raw material used in the experiment contains a diisobutylene component(25%)and a triisobutylene component(70%).The triisobutylene raw material is used as an alkylation reagent and undergoes alkylation reaction with phenol using ion exchange resin as a catalyst to generate branched dodecylphenol.The effects of four factors on the alkylation reaction,including the ratio of raw material content,the content of resin catalyst,reaction temperature,and reaction time,were investigated;And a comparison was made between the continuous experiment of simulated production design and the intermittent experiment mentioned above.Research has found that the optimal process conditions are:the molar ratio of phenol to triisobutylene raw material is 6∶1,the dosage of resin catalyst is 15%of the phenol content,the reaction temperature is 85℃,and the reaction time is 6 hours.The yield of branched dodecylphenol in continuous experiments was higher than that in intermittent experiments.
