摘  要:双软管隔膜泵具有流量可控性和与排出压力无关的特性,能使物料配比更加准确,且可靠性较高,广泛应用于煤化工气化反应流程,作为高压煤浆泵进行原料的稳定输送。本文针对双软管隔膜泵国产化研制了一种基于集散控制系统(DCS)和安全联锁系统(SIS)控制工艺的双软管隔膜泵测控系统,该系统采用电气控制与仪表监测相结合的方式,对关键测控点进行模块化、功能化设计,并通过中间继电器的逻辑控制电路设计,实现对双软管隔膜泵运行状态的实时监测和远程动态调节,确保泵的可靠运行,满足化工流程的需要。通过工业试运行验证,该测控系统转速控制精度较高,故障监测信息全面,能保证整个泵机组在化工流程中安全、可靠、稳定地运行。Double Hose-Diaphragm Pump has the characteristics of flow control and discharge pressure independent,which can make the material ratio more accurate,and high reliability,so it is widely used in coal chemical gasification re-action process,as a high-pressure coal slurry pump for the stable transportation of raw materials.In this paper,a Double Hose-Diaphragm pump measurement and control system based on DCS and SIS control technology is developed for the domestic production of double hose diaphragm pump.The system uses the combination of electrical control and instrument monitoring to carry out modular and functional design of key measurement and control points,and through the logic con-trol circuit design of intermediate relay.The system can monitor the running state of double hose-diaphragm pump in real time and make remote dynamic adjustment to ensure the reliable operation of the pump and meet the needs of the chemical process.Through the industrial trial operation verification,the measurement and control system speed control precision is high,the fault monitoring information is comprehensive,can ensure the whole pump unit in the chemical process of the safe,reliable,stable operation.
