摘 要:厚铁件冲模零件使用寿命短,造成生产成本高,为延长其使用寿命,采用Deform 3D建立厚铁件冲裁过程有限元模型,通过对凸模磨损进行仿真分析,得到凸模表面磨损分布情况,并确定凸模表面最大磨损区,还利用有限元模型研究凸模与凹模间隙、板材与模具零件间的摩擦系数和凸模硬度等参数对模具零件磨损的影响。结果表明:凸模与凹模间隙越大、模具零件磨损量越小;最大磨损深度随凸模硬度的增大而减小,随摩擦系数的增大而增大,采用建立的厚铁件冲裁过程有限元模型预测模具零件磨损和使用寿命是可靠的。In order to prolong the service life of the die for thick iron part,the finite element model of the blanking process of thick iron part was established by using Deform 3D.Through the simula-tion analysis of punch wear,the wear distribution on the punch surface was obtained,and the max-imum wear area on the punch surface was determined.And the influence of parameters such as clearance between convex and concave die,friction coefficient between the sheet metal and die parts,and hardness of convex die on the wear of die parts was studied by using finite element mod-el.The results showed that the larger the clearance between convex and concave dies,the smaller the die parts wear,and the maximum wear depth decreased with the increase of punch hardness and increased with the increase of friction factor.The finite element model established for the blanking process of thick iron parts was reliable to predict the wear and service life of die parts.
