摘　　要：介绍了基于型腔压力曲线的注射过程数字化监控系统,系统通过实时监测和分析型腔压力,实现对注射过程的精确控制和优化,还描述了系统的设计原理、结构组成及功能特性,通过实际应用案例验证了系统在提升生产效率和制品质量方面的效果。The digital monitoring system for injection process based on cavity pressure curve was introduced,the system realized accurate control and optimization of injection process through re-al-time monitoring and analysis of cavity pressure.The design principle,structural composition,and functional characteristics of the system were described,and the effect of the system in improv-ing production efficiency and product quality was verified through practical application cases.
