摘  要:介绍了制件的成形工艺,并设计了级进模,制件成形过程中出现了带料载体刚度不足、带翻孔的弯曲边卡料、凸包成形时材料易开裂、最后工位工序件传输困难等问题,针对这些问题分别采用双侧载体压制工艺加强筋、斜滑块顶料、先胀形后整形、切断载体与U形弯曲相结合的复合工位等措施。模具经实际生产验证:成形的发热管支架质量符合要求。The forming process of the workpiece was introduced,and a progressive die was de-signed.Some problems appeared in the forming process,such as insufficient stiffness of the strip carrier,the bend edges with flanged holes sticking to the material,the convex hull causing material cracking during forming,and difficulty in transferring the parts in the final workstation process.These problems were solved by using double-sided carrier pressing stiffener,inclined slider eject-ing workpiece,first bulging and then sizing,and a composite workstation combining carrier cutting and U-shaped bending.The die had been verified by the actual production that the formed heater bracket met the quality requirements.
