摘  要:通过对导电保持架的结构和成形工艺进行分析,采用级进模成形方案,模具设计向下弯曲、两侧斜楔、斜滑块成形结构,并设计了排样和主要成形部件的结构,解决了零件负角度成形和卷圆的问题。模具经实际生产验证:成形的零件质量稳定,成形效率高,模具操作便捷。Based on the analysis of the structure and forming process characteristics of the conduc-tive cage,the forming scheme of progressive die was adopted,the forming structure of downward bending,wedge on both sides,and inclined slider were designed in the die,and the blank layout and the structure of the main forming parts were designed to solve the problems of negative angle forming and rolling of the parts.The die had been verified by actual production that the quality of the formed parts was stable,the forming efficiency was high,and the die operation was convenient.
