摘 要:通过介绍多点成形设备的结构,指出多点成形的优势,并描述了板材在设备上的压形流程,基于CATIA软件的曲面模块,从曲率分析、压形分块、扭转分析、扭转轴分析和曲面展开5个方面阐述了板材压弯成形技术,以典型成形模为例,确定了板材在多点成形设备上的压形方案,板材压形后可通过激光自动测量进行型面压形修正,为板材快速成形、精准成形提供理论依据。By introducing the structure of multi-point forming equipment,the advantages of multi-point forming were pointed out,and the forming process of sheet metal on the equipment was de-scribed.Based on the surface module of CATIA software,the bending forming technology of sheet metal was described from five aspects,such as curvature analysis,forming block,torsion analysis,torsion axis analysis,and surface unfoldment.Taking the typical forming die as an example,the forming scheme of sheet metal in multi-point forming equipment was determined.After the sheet metal forming,the forming surface could be corrected by laser automatic measurement,which pro-vided theoretical basis for the rapid forming and accurate forming of sheet metal.
