摘  要:介绍建立非天窗顶盖外板的刚度模型,通过车型间类比,控制前期设计阶段非天窗顶盖外板刚度,并研究引起非天窗顶盖A面塌陷变形的机理,通过调试验证,得出最优机床调试参数,在此基础上总结非天窗顶盖A面塌陷变形的控制方法。The establishment of the stiffness model of the non-skylight roof outer plate was intro-duced,the stiffness of the non-skylight roof outer plate was controlled in the early design stage through the analogy between vehicle models,the mechanism causing of the collapsing deformation of the A surface of non-skylight roof was studied,and the optimal debugging parameters of the ma-chine tool were obtained through debugging and verification,and on this basis,the control meth-ods of collapsing deformation on the A surface of non-skylight roof were summarized.
