摘  要:环境的变化会引起铝制件性能的改变,导致铝制件在拉深及翻边时出现开裂现象,尤其是汽车发动机罩外板的扰流板、翼子板A柱、后盖内板风挡内部等处在成形过程中易开裂,通过改善拉深及翻边的结构形式,以吸收铝制件性能的变化,解决铝制件成形中开裂的问题。Aluminum parts properties would be changed due to the change of environment,result-ing in cracking of aluminum parts during drawing and flanging.In particular,it is easy to crack the spoiler of the automobile engine hood outer plate,the A pillar of the fender,the inside windscreen of the rear cover inner plate during the forming process.The structural form of drawing and flang-ing was improved to absorb the changes in the performance of aluminum parts,the problem of cracking in the forming of aluminum parts was solved.
