摘　　要：分析了塑料防盗螺纹盖的结构及其断开式防盗环成型工艺特点,阐述了其注射模上2个成型机构的工作原理。实践证明:优化设计的模具结构生产过程稳定,保证了包装密封性能,产品质量稳定,对同类包装结构的设计和成型工艺具有一定的参考价值。The structure of the plastic anti-theft screw cap and the moulding process characteris-tics of the disconnecting anti-theft ring were analyzed,and the working principle of the two mould-ing mechanisms in the injection mould was expounded.Practice had proved that the production process was stable by using the mould optimal designed,the sealing performance of the packaging was ensured and product quality was good,which had certain reference value for the design of the similar packaging structure and the moulding process.
