摘 要:对薄壁异形孔航空电机刷盒进行冷挤压工艺分析,设计了刷盒冷挤压工艺方案并进行工艺计算,对细长凸模结构进行强度及刚度校核,验证凸模结构的可靠性,并设计了专用模架和组合凸、凹模结构,通过导杆连接上、下模座,导向精度高,能满足异形孔对称度高的要求。经试验验证:模具结构设计合理,能保证异形孔挤压成型质量。The extrusion process of aviation electric machine brush box with thin-walled irregular hole was analyzed,the extrusion process scheme was designed and the process calculation was carried out.In order to verify the reliability of the punch structure,the strength and stiffness of the slender punch structure were checked.And the special die set and the main punch structure were designed,and the upper and lower half of die sets were connected through the guide bar,which had high guiding accuracy and could met the requirements of high symmetry irregular hole.The ex-perimental results showed that the die structure design was reasonable and the extrusion quality of irregular hole could be guaranteed.
