摘  要:针对含有分布式电源T接配电网的输电线路,传统T型线路差动保护判据无法同时兼顾内部故障保护的灵敏性和外部故障保护的可靠性要求的问题,提出基于Hausdorff距离算法的自适应电流差动保护方案。该方案根据检测电流对应的Hausdorff距离计算线路两侧电流波形的最大不匹配程度,根据瞬态故障工况动态调整制动系数。针对T接分布式电源是否存在不可检测分支电源从而影响保护性能的情况,利用两侧电流的差值和相电流突变量进行判别,对保护判据及启动值进行修正,兼顾保护的可靠性和灵敏性。基于PSCAD平台搭建含有分布式电源的配电网模型,验证保护方案的有效性。仿真结果表明:该方案在发生区内高阻故障、区内故障伴随噪声干扰及区外故障伴随CT饱和的故障工况下,能够同时兼顾保护的速动性、灵敏性及可靠性。For transmission lines with distributed generation connected to the distribution network in a T-connected manner,it exists the problem that the traditional T-line differential protection criterion cannot take into account the sensitivity of internal fault protection and the reliability requirements of external fault protection at the same time.An adaptive current differential protection scheme based on the Hausdorff distance algorithm is proposed in this paper.The adaptive protection scheme calculates the maximum mismatch degree of the current waveforms on both sides of the line according to the current-corresponding Hausdorff distance short-window algorithm,and dynamically adjusts the braking coefficient according to the transient fault conditions.In view of the problem that whether the T-connected distributed generation is an unmeasurable branch generation,which affects the protection performance,the scheme uses the difference of current on both sides and the sudden change of phase current to judge,and corrects the protection criterion and starting value,taking into account the reliability and sensitivity of the protection.Based on the PSCAD platform,a distribution network model with distributed generation is built to verify the effectiveness of the protection scheme.The simulation results show that the scheme can take into account the quickness,sensitivity and reliability of protection at the same time under the fault conditions of high-resistance faults in the area,noise interference in the area,and CT saturation in the out-of-area fault.
