苹果枝条皮孔与抗寒能力相关性的研究

摘  要:为了建立苹果资源材料抗寒性快速鉴定体系,以7个不同抗寒性水平的苹果品种为试材,通过电导率法求得各苹果品种的半致死温度,以确定其抗寒性的强弱。结果表明,‘黄太平’‘金红’‘龙丰’‘K9’‘龙冠’‘锦绣海棠’的抗寒性均强于对照品种‘寒富’。通过电镜观察其皮孔形状、大小,并计算其密度及皮孔表面积占比,以研究枝条皮孔与其抗寒能力的相关性,结果表明,抗寒性较强的品种其皮孔较为圆润,周围树皮表面开裂较少;抗寒性较弱的苹果品种的皮孔相对较大,单位面积上皮孔密度相对较小。In order to establish a rapid identification system for cold resistance of apple resource materials,7 apple varieties with different levels of cold resistance were used as test materials,and the semi-lethal temperature of each apple variety was obtained by conductivity method to determine the strength of their cold resistance.Results indicated that the cold resistance of‘Huangtaiping’‘Jinhong’,‘Longfeng’‘K9’‘Longguan’And‘Jinxiuhaitang’were all stronger than the check variety‘Hanfu’.The shape and size of the lenticels were observed by electron microscopy,and the density and surface area ratio of the lenticels were calculated to study the correlation between the lenticels and the cold resistance of the branches.The results showed that the varieties with strong cold resistance had more rounded lenticels and less cracking on the surrounding bark surface.The varieties with weak cold resistance had larger lenticels and smaller epithelial pore density per unit area.
