摘　　要：以‘岳冠’苹果一年生枝条为外植体,筛选其组织培养过程中适宜的植物生长调节剂种类、浓度与组合,建立‘岳冠’苹果再生体系。结果表明,使用0.1%升汞溶液处理8min的外植体成活率最高(70%);当IBA浓度为1.0mg/L时,‘岳冠’增殖系数最大(5.61),适宜的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L;适宜的叶片离体再生培养基为MS+NAA0.5mg/L+TDZ2.0mg/L;在生根诱导中,适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+IAA0.1mg/L。Using one year old branches of‘Yueguan’apple as explants,selected suitable types,concentrations,and combinations of plant growth regulators for tissue culture,and establish a regeneration system suitable for the growth of‘Yueguan’apple.The results showed that the survival rate of explants treated with 0.1%HgCl2 for 8 minutes was the highest(70%);When the concentration of IBA was 1.0 mg/L,the proliferation coefficient of‘Yueguan’was the highest(5.61);The suitable proliferation medium was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L;The suitable in vitro regeneration medium for leaves was MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+TDZ 2.0 mg/L;The suitable rooting medium for rooting induction was 1/2 MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L.
