横向分工视角下农户家庭增收机制与效应

摘　　要：基于农业分工理论,构建“横向分工—分工深化—经济效益”理论逻辑框架,利用2021年辽宁省1079份农户的调查数据,考察了横向分工视角下空间连片化土地流转对农户家庭收入结构的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:在空间邻近特性的推动下,横向分工能有效促进农业收入增长,从而对家庭总体收入水平产生“牵引”作用,发挥规模经济效应;进一步机制分析发现,在横向分工深化过程中,生产专业性程度对规模化带来的增收效应产生了“放大”作用。异质性分析表明,与其他农户相比,土壤质量高、兼业化水平低的农户群体更容易在横向分工深化过程带来的经济效应中获益。因此,各级政府部门应积极鼓励引导区域内多种形式的土地连片化集聚,提升区域规模化优势,培养农户专业化生产意识与主动性,保障农户长期稳定可持续增收。Based on the theory of agricultural division of labor,a logical framework of″horizontal division of labor–deepening of division of labor–economic efficiency″was constructed.Using survey data from 1,079 farm households in Liaoning Province in 2021,this study examined the impact of spatially contiguous land transfer on the income structure of farm households and its mechanism of action from the perspective of horizontal division of labor.The results indicate that,driven by spatial proximity,the horizontal division of labor effectively increases agricultural income,thereby exerting a″pulling″effect on the overall household income level and realizing economies of scale.Further mechanism analysis reveals that,in the process of deepening the horizontal division of labor,the degree of production specialization″amplifies″the income-generating effects of scaling up.Heterogeneity analyses show that farmer groups with high soil quality and low levels of diversification(not parturition,which typically refers to childbirth)are more likely to benefit from the economic effects of deepening the horizontal division of labor.Therefore,government departments at all levels should actively encourage and guide various forms of land clustering within the region,enhance the advantages of regional scale,cultivate farmers'awareness and initiative for specialized production,and ensure farmers'long-term stable and sustainable income increase.
