摘  要:介绍了磷矿资源的分布、矿床类型和供需格局,总结了磷矿浮选工艺、浮选药剂的现状与研究进展,并指出了磷矿资源开发利用的发展趋势。我国磷矿资源储量丰富,但资源禀赋差,磷块岩矿床伴生一定含量的碘、氟、铁、镁、钒、钛、钼以及稀土等,开发和利用受到显著限制,国内磷化工产品仍处于产业链的前端、附加值的低端。因此,提出磷矿产业战略发展策略,通过磷矿资源保护性、科学性开采,采选技术和设备的升级,磷矿资源产业转型、磷化工产品深加工化,进一步推动磷矿资源产业朝着多样化、集约化、精细化、高附加值、环保经济方向发展,实现磷矿资源大国向磷矿资源强国的转变和磷矿资源产业可持续发展。In this paper,the distribution,deposit types and supply and demand pattern of phosphate rock resources have been introduced.The present situation and research progress of phosphate rock flotation process and flotation reagents have been summarized,and the development trend of phosphate rock resources exploitation and utilization have been pointed out.China enjoys rich phosphate ore reserves,but features poor resource endowment,i.e.the phosphate rock deposits are associated with certain amounts of iodine,fluorine,iron,magnesium,vanadium,titanium,molybdenum and rare earth,etc.,leading to significant limitation in the development and utilization.And domestic phosphorus chemical products are still in the front end of the industrial chain with quite low added values.Therefore,the development strategy of phosphate rock industry has been proposed.Through protection and scientific mining of phosphate rock resources,upgrading of mining technologies and equipment,transformation of phosphate rock resource industry as well as deep processing of phosphorus chemical products,we aim to further lead the phosphate rock resource industry onto the path of diversified,intensified,refined,highly value added,environmentally friendly and economical development,realizing China’s transformation from a large phosphate resource country to a robust phosphate resource powerhouse as well as the sustainable development of domestic phosphate resource industry.
