摘 要:低温储罐大型钢拱顶的拱顶板一般采用角焊缝与网壳钢结构连接,由于网壳是一种双向曲面结构,拱顶板与钢结构连接的角焊缝很难简化为二维有限元模型进行强度刚度校核,由于结构的复杂性导致采用三维实体模型时建模复杂,单元数量庞大。采用三维壳单元进行模拟是一种方便、快捷且有效的方法。但如何用壳单元模拟梁壳连接角焊缝的受力特征将是有限元建模的关键。采用一种用壳单元和梁单元模拟网壳结构拱顶板与钢结构的有限元简化方法,并将其应用于实际项目中。结果表明:该计算方法既能减少大量实体单元的建模和计算,又避免了过度简化导致梁壳连接焊缝的应力失真。Generally,fillet welds are adopted to connect the arch plates of large steel arches of low-temperature storage tanks to the reticulated shell steel structure.Because the reticulated shell is a bidirectional curved structure,it is hard for the fillet welds connecting arch plates and steel structure to be simplified into a two-dimensional finite element model for strength and stiffness verification.Complexity of the structure leads to complication of three-dimensional modeling and large number of elements.3D shell element for simulation is a convenient,fast and effective method for use.However,how to simulate the stress characteristics of fillet welds with shell elements?That is the key to finite element modeling.A simplified finite element method using shell element and beam element to simulate reticulated shell structure arch plates and steel structure is presented and applied in practical projects.The results show that this method can not only reduce the modeling and calculation of a large number of solid elements,but also avoid stress distortion of beam-shell connecting welds caused by oversimplification.
