磷氟环境混凝土耐腐蚀性研究与外加剂的开发

摘  要:按一定配比将混凝土与抗蚀防渗剂搅拌均匀后置于模具中,脱模试件在湿度为95%、温度为20℃下养护28 d后取出,测定其抗压强度。然后再研究28 d试件在磷氟环境酸性废水中完全浸泡下的耐侵蚀性能。结果表明,相对于空白对照组,采用42.5水泥(C40)的混凝土与抗蚀防渗剂混合所得试件浸泡在酸性废水中180 d后进行抗压强度及失重率测试,结果均优于对照组试样。Concrete and anti-corrosion&anti-seepage agent were mixed evenly as per a certain ratio and placed in the mold.The de-molded specimen was taken out after curing for 28 days at humidity of 95%and temperature of 20℃to measure its compressive strength.Then,the corrosion resistance of the specimen completely immersed in phosphorus-fluorine acidic wastewater for 28 days was studied.The results showed that compared with the blank control group,the specimens obtained by mixing 42.5 cement(C40)concrete with anti-corrosion and anti-seepage agent and soaking in acidic wastewater for 180 days were tested better in terms of both compressive strength and weight loss.
