摘  要:在硝酸铵与氯化钾复分解生产硝酸钾与氯化铵的工艺中,硝酸钾与氯化铵混合溶液蒸发过程中腐蚀与结垢严重,故蒸发器选型设计至关重要。实践证明,蒸发器材质选择TA10钛材可以满足防腐蚀要求;蛇管蒸发器能有效阻止结垢,但传热阻力大,换热面积受到限制;标准蒸发器、外循环蒸发器、强制循环蒸发器都存在不同程度的结垢堵管现象,其中,强制循环蒸发器结垢相对较弱;采用管外沸腾蒸发器能有效解决防结垢结疤,传热效果好,可以实现大规模连续化蒸发操作,是硝酸钾与氯化铵混合溶液蒸发器的理想选型。In the process of producing potassium nitrate and ammonium chloride via double decomposition of ammonium nitrate and potassium chloride,serious corrosion and scaling of the mixed solution of potassium nitrate and ammonium chloride are witnessed in the evaporation process,making it very important to suitably select and design the evaporators.Practice has proved that TA10 titanium as the evaporator material can meet the anti-corrosion requirements.The coil evaporator can effectively prevent scaling,but it features large heat transfer resistance and limited heat transfer area.Standard evaporator,external circulation evaporator and forced circulation evaporator all see different degrees of scaling and tube blockage,and among them the scaling of forced circulation evaporator is relatively weak.The use of boiling evaporator outside the tube can effectively solve the problem of scaling and scarring,bringing good heat transfer effect,and can achieve large-scale continuous evaporation operation,and is thus an ideal selection of potassium nitrate and ammonium chloride mixed solution evaporator.
