流化床气化水洗塔系统改造方案研究

摘　　要：针对加压流化床常温水洗塔塔盘堵塞的问题,进行技术改造。设计了预洗塔系统,预洗塔包含液下气体分布器、塔顶气液旋风除尘器以及人字挡板。这种结构不仅能抗焦粉堵塞,而且气液接触效率高,起到降温除尘的作用。Technical revamping is carried out against the problem of tray clogging in pressurized fluidized bed washing tower at room temperature.A pre-washing tower system is designed,which includes a gas distributor under the liquid,a gas-liquid cyclone de-duster on top of the tower and a herringbone-shaped baffle.This structure can not only resist the blocking of coke powder,but also has high gas-liquid contact efficiency and thus it plays the role of proper cooling and dust removal.
