甲醇低压羰基合成乙酸工艺中铑系催化剂体系与铱系催化剂体系差异的研究  

Study on the Differences between Rhodium and Iridium Catalyst Systems in Methanol Low Pressure Carbonyl to Acetic Acid Synthesis

摘  要:介绍了河南龙宇煤化工有限公司乙酸装置概况,从甲醇羰基化制乙酸工艺催化剂的发展进程入手,论述了两种主流催化剂体系(铱系催化剂体系和铑系催化剂体系)反应机理的差异,结合该公司乙酸装置经历铱系催化剂体系、铑系催化剂体系的实际运行经验数据,分析了两种主流催化剂体系在运行调整控制、产品品质等方面存在的差异。结果表明:从目前国内运行的乙酸装置对比来看,采用铱系催化剂体系更具优势。The general situation of acetic acid plant in Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced.Starting with the development process of catalysts for methanol carbonylation to acetic acid,the differences in reaction mechanism of two mainstream catalyst systems(iridium catalyst system and rhodium catalyst system)are discussed.The differences between these two main catalyst systems in operation adjustment,control and product quality are analyzed through the actual operation experience data of iridium catalyst system and rhodium catalyst system in the acetic acid plant of the company.The results show that comparing acetic acid plants in China,the iridium catalyst system is more advantageous.
