摘 要:为有效解决含油污泥的处理问题,研究了含油污泥减量化处理工艺,通过综合物理、化学和生物处理技术,实现高效、环保的污泥处理。采用离心分离、压滤、化学氧化、絮凝沉淀及微生物降解等方法,对含油污泥进行多环节处理。首先,在对象及目标处理环节,进行了初步筛选和分离;其次,在脱水环节,通过物理方法降低含水率;在最终处理环节,结合化学和生物处理技术,实现污泥的深度减量化处理。结果表明:通过上述处理工艺,含油污泥的含水率和油污含量显著降低,达到了预期的减量化目标。结论显示:综合应用物理、化学和生物处理技术,能够减少含油污泥的体积和污染物含量,提高资源利用率,具有良好的经济性和环保效益。To effectively solve the problem of oily sludge treatment,the quantity reduction treatment process of oily sludge is studied.Through integrating physical,chemical and biological treatment technologies,efficient and environmentally friendly sludge treatment is realized.Multi-link treatment of oily sludge is carried out via centrifugal separation,pressure filtration,chemical oxidation,flocculation precipitation and microbial degradation.Firstly,preliminary screening and separation are carried out in object and target processing.Secondly,in the dehydration link,the moisture content is reduced by physical methods.In the final treatment link,through integrated chemical and biological treatment technologies,in-depth sludge reduction treatment is achieved.The results show that the water and oil contents of oily sludge are significantly reduced via the above treatment process,and the expected reduction target is reached.The conclusion shows that comprehensive application of physical,chemical and biological treatment technologies can reduce the volume and pollutant content of oily sludge,improve the resource utilization rate,and generate good economic and environmental benefits.
