二氧化碳汽提塔内部腐蚀问题与检测技术分析

摘　　要：二氧化碳汽提塔是一种常见的工业设备,在化肥制造工业中应用比较广泛。该设备可能因种种因素出现腐蚀,需要加以控制、做好检测。简述二氧化碳汽提塔工作原理,在此基础上分析其内部腐蚀问题危害与成因,从定期重点检测、在线检测、无损检测三个角度分析腐蚀问题检测技术方法,就二氧化碳汽提塔内部腐蚀问题应对建议进行分析,给出选取合适的材料、组织预防性维护等内容,服务后续二氧化碳汽提塔以及生产管理活动。Carbon dioxide stripper is a common kind of industrial equipment,which is widely used in fertilizer manufacturing industry.The equipment may be corroded due to various factors,which needs to be controlled and tested.This paper briefly describes the working principle of carbon dioxide stripper,analyzes the hazards and causes of its internal corrosion accordingly,and analyzes the corrosion detection technologies and methods from three perspectives:regular key detection,online detection and non-destructive testing,analyzes the suggestions against internal corrosion of carbon dioxide stripper,proposing appropriate material selection and organizing preventive maintenance,so as to serve subsequent CO 2 stripper operation and production management activities.
