摘  要:探讨了呼伦贝尔金新化工有限公司壳牌下行水激冷煤气化装置渣池积渣问题及解决方案。气化炉运行约100d后,渣池积渣导致液位计失真、排渣不畅、气化炉压差上涨,严重时影响系统安全。积渣主要由炉渣形态特殊、渣池未设黑水排放口、水流扰动不足、渣池内“干区”易挂渣及上升管与下降管高度差缩短导致。为解决问题,采取了上升管改造、新增渣池排渣管、渣池环形空间喷淋水改造及防积渣操作优化等措施,有效地改善了渣池积渣情况,实现了壳牌装置的长周期、稳定运行。This paper discusses the slag accumulation problem of slag pools for Shell down-water chilled coal gasification plants in Hulun Beir Jinxin Chemical Co.,Ltd.as well as the corresponding solutions.After the gasifier runs for about 100 days,the accumulation of slag in the slag pool leads to distortion of the liquid level meter,poor slag discharge,and rise of pressure difference of the gasifier,which jeopardizes system safety in serious cases.Such slag accumulation is mainly caused by the special slag form,the lack of black water discharge outlet in the slag pool,the lack of water flow disturbance,the easy slag hanging in the"dry zone"of the slag pool and the shortened height difference between the riser pipe and the down-comer.In order to solve this problem,some measures are taken,such as upgrading the riser pipe,adding the slag discharge pipe,revamping the spray water unit in the ring space of the slag pool and optimizing the prevention of slag accumulation,which effectively alleviates the slag accumulation issue of slag pool and realizes the long-term and stable operation of the Shell plant.
