摘 要:河南龙宇煤化工有限公司煤粉加压及输送系统袋式过滤器经常出现下料不畅、底锥积料、螺旋输送机堵塞等问题,既增加了员工的劳动强度,同时造成现场环境较差,特别是气化装置停车后,大量积存的煤粉易造成自燃事故,存在严重的安全隐患,不利于装置长周期、安全、稳定运行。针对以上问题,通过一系列优化措施,使袋式过滤器运行问题基本得到解决。The bag filters of pulverized coal pressurization and conveying system of Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.often see such problems as poor feeding,bottom cone accumulation,and screw conveyor blockage,which not only increase the labor intensity of employees,but also cause poor site environment.Especially after the gasification unit is stopped,a large amount of accumulated pulverized coal is liable to cause spontaneous combustion accidents,leading to serious safety risks.It is not conducive to long cycle,safe and stable operation of the plant.Through a series of optimization measures,the above problems in the operation of bag filters are basically resolved.
