摘 要:针对化工石油平台电气仪表设备调试中的参数优化问题展开技术研究,旨在提高调试效率和设备运行稳定性。本文基于电气仪表设备调试中的关键参数分析提出了优化方法,结合实际调试数据和优化算法精准识别影响设备性能的主要参数并进行优化调整,经过实验验证了优化技术的可行性和有效性。结果表明应用优化技术后,设备调试时间缩短,运行稳定性提高且故障率显著降低。研究结果为化工石油平台电气仪表设备调试提供了理论依据和技术支持。A technical study is carried out on parameter optimization in the debugging of electrical&instrumentation equipment for chemical and petroleum platforms with a view to improving the debugging efficiency and operation stability of the equipment.In this paper,an optimization method is proposed based on the analysis of key parameters in the debugging of electrical&instrumentation equipment.Combining the actual debugging data and optimization algorithm,the main parameters that affect the equipment performance are accurately identified and optimized.The feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization technologies are verified by experiments.The results show that the debugging time of the equipment is shortened,the operation stability is improved and the failure rate is significantly reduced after application of optimization technologies.The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for the debugging of electrical&instrumentation equipment for chemical and petroleum platforms.
