摘 要:随着化工产业的快速发展,安全环保问题日益突出。化工安全环保设计作为预防事故的关键环节,在保障生产安全和环境保护方面发挥着重要作用。本文系统阐述了化工安全环保设计的基本原则,包括固有安全、减量化、模块化等。重点探讨了其在预防火灾爆炸、泄漏污染、中毒窒息、设备失控和交通运输等典型事故中的应用,并提出了具体的设计措施。研究表明,通过全面实施安全环保设计,可有效降低事故发生的可能性和严重程度,实现化工生产本质安全。With the rapid development of chemical industry,safety and environmental protection issues are becoming increasingly prominent.As a key link in accident prevention,chemical safety and environmental protection design plays an important role in ensuring production safety and environmental protection.This paper systematically expounds the basic principles of chemical safety and environmental protection design,including inherent safety,reduction,modularization and so on.It mainly discusses the application in preventing fire explosion,leakage pollution,poisoning and suffocation,equipment loss of control,traffic accidents and some other typical accidents,and puts forward specific design measures.The research shows that the possibility and severity of accidents can be effectively reduced through comprehensive implementation of safety and environmental protection design,and the intrinsic safety of chemical production can be realized.
