南水北调中线总干渠藻密度变化及其驱动因子分析

摘  要:南水北调中线总干渠是一个相对封闭的人工生态系统,藻类增殖是工程运行管理关注的重点。基于2022年总干渠8个典型断面的水质和浮游藻类的监测数据,使用相关性分析和结构方程模型,探究渠道藻密度时空变化特征及其驱动因子。结果表明:中线总干渠藻密度沿程呈上升趋势,夏季藻密度最高,达1600万个/L;渠道藻密度与NH 3-N(p<0.001)、流量(p<0.001)和高锰酸盐指数(p<0.001)等显著相关;各环境驱动因子对藻密度的影响程度依次为理化因子(0.540)>营养盐因子(0.345)>水文因子(0.227),空间因子和水文因子对藻密度产生间接影响。研究揭示了中线总干渠藻密度的时空变化规律和主要影响因子,可为中线工程供水管理提供参考。The main canal of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a relatively closed artificial ecosystem,and algal proliferation is the focus of project operation and management.The monitoring data of water quality and phytoplankton in 8 typical sections of the main canal in 2022 were selected for analysis.And correlation analysis and structural equation models were used to explore the spatiotemporal variation characteristics and driving factors of algal density in the channel.The results showed that the algal density in the middle canal increased along the line,and the highest algal density reached 1600×104 ind./L in summer.The relationship between canal algal density and NH 3-N(p<0.001),flow(p<0.001)and COD Mn(p<0.001),and so on was significantly related.The results of structural equation analysis showed that the influence degree of each factor on algal density was physicochemical factor(0.540)>nutrient factor(0.345)>hydrologic factor(0.227),both spatial factor and hydrologic factor had an indirect influence on the algal density.The study revealed the spatial and temporal variation of algae density and the main influencing factors,which can provide a reference for water supply management of the middle route project.
